I believe in the mindset of paid practice, even when you’re new or in training

If you feel you’re meant to create profound impact then for heaven’s sake, you can’t be giving away your coaching for free.

I’ve seen too many women in the coaching space put off being paid for their coaching, all because they tell themselves a story about not being good enough yet.

These are vibrant, confident women whom you would probably never suspect are secretly thinking that they’re not good enough to start charging for their coaching.

I believe in the mindset of paid practice.

Paid practice means YOU getting paid for your coaching, even when you’re new or in training.

Period.

Otherwise you’re setting yourself up for struggle, trying to coach people who are not committed, who don’t value the coaching and who won’t do the work.

I didn’t give away my coaching when I first started and I don’t believe you should either.

From day one I charged for my coaching.

And what I experienced was that charging made me feel legitimate, which accelerated feeling confident, which led to more clients and higher fees and soon, a thriving business.

If you want to have solid confidence in yourself then remember:

#1 Just because you’re new or practicing doesn’t mean you’re not creating valuable transformation with your coaching.

#2 You will never feel like a pro by giving away free coaching

#3 It’s completely permissible to be paid to coach while you’re learning

I teach my certified coach training students to make $5,000 (or more) for 6 month clients and the way you get there is setting up your business right from the start with the mindset of paid practice.

It doesn’t matter if you’re just ramping up your coaching business, charging for your coaching, right from the start, is how you begin to own your worth and create a profitable, thriving coaching business that you love.
