Thinking of offering group coaching?

Then these trends will be important to you.

The massive shift in our society away from the old school ‘that’s mine!’ mentality, to the ‘let’s share’ mindset of social consciousness, is making group coaching a super hot coaching trend.

Plus, clients now get excited with a group coaching option that doesn’t feel like a big commitment, or a big investment.

And, clients are more interested in smaller groups that offer personalized attention and a real feeling of connection, compared to the big groups that were popular a few years ago.

These trends are all GOOD news for you, because it means you can:

Tip#1 Keep Your Group Coaching Content SIMPLE

You don’t need tons of content to engage and delight your clients.

Instead, focus on getting your clients to take action and implement what they’re learning and discovering in your coaching group.

Tip #2 Give Yourself Permission To Create A Shorter Group Coaching Program

People are hesitant to commit to anything long term right now which is actually an advantage for YOU.

Keeping your coaching group shorter gives you the opportunity to change it up and improve it when you offer it again.

Tip #3: Smaller Is Now Better

Smaller groups that create a feeling of intimacy, personalization or a boutique feel are definitely IN and are only going to get more and more popular.

This works in your favor because it means you don’t need a big list to fill the perfect sized coaching group.

And even with a group as small as 6-8 people, you can significantly increase how much money you make.

I LOVE offering group coaching!

I started my first group coaching program when my business and my list were tiny.

What I had going for me was a desire to create the magic of a group coaching experience.

I didn’t worry about not knowing how to create, market and run a group — I just did it.

So while I made mistakes, I also learned a ton and with group programs, I rocketed my coaching business from hovering around 6-figures, into 7 figures within 2 years, then into multi 7-figures after that.

And while I grew into running large group coaching programs with 150+ clients in them, I now deeply appreciate the simplicity, feeling of connectedness, and the grace of offering small group programs.

My smaller groups now are highly profitable, and soulfully satisfying.

What is the best advice I can share with you about creating your own group coaching program?

Start now.

Because if you’re a growth oriented person like I am — and you want to significantly increase your coaching income — groups are going to be something you love offering inside of your coaching business.
