Here’s a quickie question for you about your coaching business…
If someone were to ask you right now, what your coaching program is so they can enroll, would you be ready to answer their question with confidence?
Or would your answer be more like, ‘Hmmm…let me get back to you about that’ then secretly hustle to whip something together?
Here’s my mantra: You can’t sell what you don’t have.
If you’ve been holding back from creating your coaching program, today is the day to push perfectionism to the side and make a few easy decisions that will result in landing new clients.
Here’s a quick action list of the steps:
- Choose your simple, “I can offer this anytime, all day long” coaching program (My top pick for this are VIP Days/1-Day intensives.)
- Give it a name that is clear, specific and no fluffy language (Try using Quick Start or Launch and see how that inspires you).
- Decide on the program components and please oh please, do not over think this! Just choose.
- Choose your price (based on results of course)
- Type it up and call it done!
I always say that money loves speed and that is more true than ever right now.
Just think, right now you’re less than 1 hour away from having your coaching offer ready to go.
And how amazing would that feel, right?!
Like having chocolate with a salted caramel coffee.

Kendall
