The coaching industry is a powerful equalizer in closing the women’s earning gap.
You’ll find scant few other industries where women can make whatever amount of money their vision expands to.
It’s here in coaching that the power to make ANY amount of money you desire is fully available to you.
This isn’t hype – it’s fact.
I’ve done it. Coaches I certify are doing it.
We’re putting the power of making money into every woman’s hands.
So the coaching question I have for you, my beautiful Firestarter is:
Are you ready to become the woman who can have and hold a sudden windfall?
Like a $5k client or a $10k month? Or a $100k month serving clients in a group coaching program?
Are you ready to become the woman who can have & hold all the money you desire to make?
Because a surge of new income taps into emotional undercurrents like not-enoughness…IF you’re not standing fully in your power.
Every comfort level has a dollar amount attached to it, make “X” amount and you stay comfortable.
Exceed that amount and it can get under your skin.
That’s your growth point.
That’s the place to lean into.
You don’t contract and shut down the money flow…
You expand into becoming the woman who can have & hold your next level income.
You normalize being HER.
You normalize growing into this new level of leadership.
You expand your definition of how powerful you are.
You grow as a coach.
There is a cycle to making more money (wherever you’re starting from) and to keep progressing on an ever upward, elevating cycle.
Here’s the cycle:
#1. Make a new level of money (don’t worry about ‘hitting a goal’ – any new amount of money is worthy of celebrating)
#2. Normalize it so that you get comfortable that you are now the woman who has done this and can do it again.
#3. Rinse and repeat as quickly as you can, so that you diminish resistance, and instead keep expanding and repeating this experience for yourself.
It takes courage to make tons of money.
It’s a revolutionary act.
You have that courage. You are a money maverick and you can do this!
So tell me…what is the amount of monthly coaching income you want to normalize right now?
Xo,
Kendall
