Crushed, I tried to do as she instructed but with little success. No wonder, because while she meant well, what she recommended was far too linear and inauthentic for me. Frustrated and practically in tears, it finally dawned on me the problem wasn’t too much creativity, but not enough proper channeling and directing of my creativity into profitable income streams.
Once I realized what the problem was, I quickly designed a solution: turn one idea into multiple levels of service, each offering greater access or faster results as a client invests more with me.
This solution is brilliant in its elegance and simplicity. And if you’re the creative type (like I am) it’s easy to implement because of your natural ability to see many possibilities. The trick is to know how to harness your creativity so it’s working FOR you, instead of against you.
Now I know that my “money is IN my creativity” and instead of trying to limit my creative expression, I simply channel it into lucrative revenue streams.
So, how do I do it? Here are 3 easy tips on how you can turn one idea into multiple streams of income. Remember that this simple shift in your business model will make a HUGE shift in your income.
Tip #1 Use The “Rinse And Repeat” Strategy
Every time I teach a client how to turn one idea into multiple streams of income they initially protest, saying, “But Kendall, I can’t offer the same information more than once…can I?” The short answer is yes, you can. In fact, that’s where the power of this strategy comes from: offering the same information in a variety of formats. This is how you build a powerful brand, simplify your life and quickly create multiple streams of income.
So rather than burn yourself out trying to create tons of new content, focus instead on offering your core information in different learning formats such as teleseminars, articles, workshops, private VIP days, group programs, etc.
Tip #2 Listen To Your Clients For Your Next Big Idea
When I created my best-selling home study course it was an instant hit. Why? Because I listened to my clients, who kept asking me for help with “how to charge what they were worth.” Bingo! That became the title of my best selling info product which then led to building a multimillion dollar business around the brand of Money, Marketing and Soul®.

Tip #3 Don’t Get Distracted With Multiple Ideas
Rather than creating disparate titles and topics to offer your clients, direct your creativity into designing different offers on the SAME topic.
